By playing Reel North you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.
The game
Reel North is made by Chris Benoit. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it for fun. The game, its art, characters and code belong to us or our licensors.
Your account
The game creates an account for you. Keep your phone and progress safe; we can't recover progress from an account that was deleted. Display names must not be offensive, impersonate anyone or include personal information. We may change names that break this rule.
Virtual items
Coins, gems, gear, boxes and other in-game items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money and are a licence to use inside the game, not property. We may change how items work to keep the game balanced.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Except where the law or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise, purchases are final. If something you bought didn't arrive, email reelnorthgame@gmail.com with your Player ID and order ID.
Fair play
Don't cheat, hack, exploit bugs, use mods or automate play. We may reset progress or close accounts that do.
Beta and changes
The game is in development. Features, balance and content can change, and we may end the game at some point. We'll try to give notice.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost progress, indirect losses, or more than what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island and Canada. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
