Delete your Reel North account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the game (fastest)

1. Open the menu (top right) › Account.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Press and hold Hold to delete. You need an internet connection.

If you no longer have the game

Email reelnorthgame@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account and your Player ID if you have it (Menu › Account). If you don't have it, tell us your display name and roughly when you last played. We'll delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your player account and display name
• Your cloud save and leaderboard entries
• Gameplay statistics stored on our server
• Progress saved on the phone (when you delete in the game)

What we may keep

• Purchase records Google Play and tax law require (order IDs and amounts), for up to 7 years.
• Statistics already sent to GameAnalytics are not linked to your name and expire under their retention rules.

Purchases are tied to your Google account. Deleting your Reel North account doesn't refund them.
